Asparagus Roll-ups - $6 per person

Asparagus and cream cheese wrapped with croissant dough, brushed with butter and topped with parmesan cheese then baked golden brown.

 

Baked Brie Wheel - $13.00 per 12-ounce wheel

Delicate Brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry with an apricot filling and baked golden brown.  Served with crackers and fresh fruit.

 

Rumaki - $6.00 per person

Whole water chestnuts wrapped topped in smoked bacon, oven roasted.

 

Cocktail Meatballs - $6 per person

Tender beef meatballs oven roasted and served in your choice of Marinara, Barbeque or Sweet and Sour, or Teriyaki sauce.


Chicken Skewers – Sweet and Sour, BBQ or Teriyaki – $6 per person

Slices of chicken breast on bamboo skewers with your choice of sauce.

 

Shrimp and Crab Cakes - $7 per person

Petite patties of Hawaiian seasoned shrimp, crab, diced peppers and scallions baked and served with wasabi dipping sauce.

 

Sausage Stuffed Mushroom Caps - $6 per person

A hearty Italian sausage and cheese mixture baked in large mushroom caps.

 

Soup Shooters - $6 per person

Choose from the soup menu and it will be served in small shot glass type cups.

 

Tomato and Basil Bruschetta - $6 per person

Diced fresh tomatoes, red onions, basil and garlic on toasted Italian bread and sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

 

Caprese Skewers - $6 per person

Fresh mozzarella cheese balls and cherry tomatoes marinated in basil pesto and served on skewers.


Deviled Eggs - $6 per person

Hard boiled eggs filled with the traditional deviled yokes, seafood salad, chicken salad or curried chicken salad.

An assortment of fresh vegetables served with dip of your choice. Ranch, blue cheese, spinach or hummus.
